Mental health is a critical aspect of overall well-being, yet access to professional counseling services remains a challenge for many individuals due to financial constraints.

By providing access to accredited counsellors with subsidised or full funding, we can make a significant impact on the mental health and well-being of individuals in our community. This programme will help remove financial barriers and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to receive the support they need.

Using the Source of H.E.L.P foundation values, we aim to provide support to those who need it.
